The project is designed as a contemporary single-family home set in a wooded coastal setting, seeking to blend respectfully with the topography and existing vegetation. The architectural composition is organized around two clearly distinct volumes: a ground floor constructed of exposed concrete, which connects to the ground and lends solidity to the structure as a whole, and an upper volume entirely clad in natural wood, whose texture and tone create a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The design emphasizes horizontality and volumetric purity through simple lines and large glazed surfaces that enhance natural lighting and views to the outside. The combination of high-quality, low-maintenance materials, together with a carefully considered relationship between interior and exterior spaces, creates a warm, contemporary architecture that is deeply connected to the forest and coastal character of its surroundings.
