The complete renovation of the apartment in Tiburón Terrazas contemplates the intervention in all areas: sanitary, electrical and air conditioning installations, as well as the installation of specialized appliances, fixed furniture, aluminum, wood and ironwork carpentry, and complete masonry (painting, walls, floors and new marble). The proposal improves the spatial organization and optimizes the functionality of the environments. Existing materials are replaced by others of higher quality and durability. The design remains faithful to the order, raising the construction standard. The new finishes bring greater comfort and hierarchy to the whole.
